Role Overview We’re looking for a Performance Marketing/Strategy Intern who already knows how to set up and optimize ads. This role is execution-focused; you’ll directly manage campaigns, analyze data, and drive growth KPIs across social media platforms, without requiring constant hand-holding. Key Responsibilities Independently set up, run, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns. Monitor daily performance, analyze data, and recommend improvements. Collaborate with content/design teams to ensure ad copies and visuals align with KPIs. Manage budgets and pacing to maximize ROI. Leverage AI tools for ad testing, automation, and reporting. Join client briefing calls to understand brand needs and objectives. What We’re Looking For Hands-on experience in Google & Meta Ads, or someone who has worked with at least 1 brand and completed at least 1 internship in a similar role. Strong understanding of campaign setup, targeting, and optimization. Data-driven mindset with Excel/Google Sheets proficiency. Comfortable managing campaigns end-to-end independently. Curiosity to explore and adopt AI for campaign optimization. A trend-savvy mindset; always online, bringing in fresh, creative ideas.
