We are looking for highly motivated and ambitious folks to be a part of our Inside Sales Team.

About the role

  • Understanding customer needs and assisting them with the requested queries
  • Support & provide customer service via calls and close sale
  • Close orders and complete monthly sales target
  • Working on the assigned leads in CRM
  • Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with customers


What are we looking for in a candidate?

1. Great verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English languages. ✍️

2. High energy, and motivation ⚡️

3. Great convincing skills

4. Minimum 6 months prior full-time experience in Calling/Chat Sales

5. Prior experience in B2C Sales is a ➕

6. Prior experience in EdTech sales is a ➕
