Job Overview

We are actively hiring experienced International BPO professionals for our Collections (US Voice Process). This is a work-from-home opportunity for Mumbai-based candidates only.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of International BPO voice experience (US process preferred).
  • Strong experience in Collections process.
  • Excellent spoken English with strong communication skills.
  • Must be Mumbai-based (company assets provided – desktop only, no laptops).
  • Must keep camera ON during working hours.
  • Comfortable with US night shifts.

Work Schedule

  • Fixed US shifts:
  • 5:30 PM – 3:30 AM OR
  • 6:30 PM – 4:30 AM
  • Weekends off.
  • 1st Saturday of every month – half-day working.
  • Total working hours: 10 hours (9 hrs login + 1 hr break).

  • Must have US voice process exposure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
