 As a Art Director, you will have the opportunity to work across markets such as US, UK and India and create content that builds brands for start-ups, multinational and global companies. If you are a self-starter, proactive, someone who looks to take initiative, and can thrive in a young, entrepreneurial environment, this role will be most suited for you, as you develop and grow your expertise multi geographically. Proven experience in a creative leadership role within an advertising agency or digital marketing firm, with a strong emphasis on UI/UX design for digital campaigns


Responsibilities:

Strategic Client Servicing:

  • Lead the creative vision and strategy for digital campaigns across various platforms including web, social media, videos and emerging digital technologies.
  • Manage and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Collaborate closely with account managers and clients to understand project objectives, target audience, and creative direction.
  • Develop innovative and compelling campaign concepts that align with client goals and brand identities.
  • Oversee the development of digital content including graphics, videos, interactive elements, and copy.
  • Manage creative and production from concept creation to completion.
  •  Interacting with clients to ascertain needs and develop graphic directions, concepts and specifications for assigned projects.


Design & Production:

  • Analysing system needs, evaluating end-user requirements and custom designing solutions
  • Ensuring brand guidelines and messages are consistent across platforms.
  • Work with principal stakeholders & decision-makers in the organization to understand the Business/Organization Goals, User/Customer Behaviour, and creating Design Roadmaps & Strategies for their Services & Products.
  • Analyse client requirements, support in creating Design briefs & proposals.
  • Ensure, on-time and quality delivery as agreed by the client.
  • Incorporate UI/UX best practices into all stages of campaign development, from concept creation to final execution.
  • Advocate for user-centric design principles and ensure that all creative work aligns with client objectives and user needs.
  • Stay updated on UI/UX trends and innovations to drive continuous improvement in digital campaign effectiveness and user satisfaction.


Additional responsibilities:

  • Exhibit strong organizational skills, the ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality while juggling multiple channels of activity and a demonstrated ability to work independently, managing own time, and prioritizing effectively.
  • Work closely with frontend & backend development, Content & PR, Digital, Marketing, and other teams to ensure the success of the projects.
  • Other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time as required. 
  • Stay up to date with the latest achievements, best practices, and trends in design.
  • Establish best practices and design-thinking processes across the organization.
  • Analysing system needs, evaluating end-user requirements and custom designing solutions.  


Qualifications

  • Degree in marketing, graphic design or related field.
  • Minimum of 6-10 years of design experience with core UX & UI Design experience
  • Experience in UX & UI Design for web, mobile & TV.
  • Relevant experience in Designing pertaining to Social Media, Web & Print.
  • Excellent time-management skills and the ability to quickly prioritize tasks.
