As a Process Manager within our Finance team, you will be responsible for defining, refining, and achieving the established objectives for our firm on a daily basis.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform monthly metrics reconciliation to identify control gaps and subsequently work with respective information and solution owners to remediate the discrepancies. Lead the data retention and destruction projects assuming end to end ownership and timely completion. Actively participate in the monthly workstream and governance forums hosted by central governance teams and present the USWM’s summary of key deliverables, active project status, risk areas, issues and dependencies. Ensure evergreen maintenance of all the assigned data inventories across all repositories as per the data risk management procedures. Ensure timely and effective run of assigned controls and evergreen upkeep of the internal procedures. Be an SME for the USWM organization and their business users for all their queries around Records Management, User Tools and Intelligent Solution Governance. Support the internal control partners in exam and audit ready initiatives. Collaborate & build strong partnerships with Central governance teams, business stakeholders & technology teams to support Data Governance strategy / plan. Drive specific action plans for closure on records, user tools and other unstructured data storage tools. Engage with controls partners to support during corporate audits, regulatory exams, MRA’s and other periodic assessments for records retention Perform adhoc activities in collaboration with centralized teams and controls partners to remediate any potential actions items and escalations Own the book of work independently and work with senior stakeholders for remediation activities and adherence to all internal policies and procedures for records managementRequired qualifications , capabilities, and skills
Minimum eight years of project management support experience with demonstrated ability to work effectively with partners to extract information and leading projects towards timely closure Ability to understand user tools, record classification framework and governance activities supporting controls framework around records retention Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly to senior executives up to MD level. Highly motivated and able to thrive and think clearly under pressure and tight deadlines. Integrity in handling highly sensitive and confidential information. Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.-
