SR GENERAL MANAGER/AVP (FINANCE & ACCOUNTS-PLANTS)JOB OBJECTIVE:To control and supervise Accounting and Commercial operations in the plans, statutory andlegal compliances of plants, product costing, plant budgeting, plant cost control, handlingauditors, coordinating with different stakeholders in the Company for collecting requiredinformation/ data, Compiling required reports, helping the HO Accounts in timely closure ofquarterly & annual financials, Prepare monthly, quarterly and Annual Profit & Loss Account ofPlants as per Ind-AS.Prime Job Responsibility1) Supervising plant accounts for CAPEX of upcoming Plants, overall supervision of Accounts ofall the Plants of the Company with focus on Southern Plants in TN and AP Plants, spearheadingthe commercial decision making in tune with Company requirements.2) Assisting Plant head in Commercial decision making, Budgeting, Costing, Cost benefitanalysis and cost control, Inventory Control, Material Reconciliation job workers accountingand maternal control and other day to day accounting operations.3) Adhering to Companies accounting system in SAP Environment and improvising accountingsystems.4) Preparing MIS for key factors in plant like Production, inventory, sales, purchase price, Pricemovements, GST output liability vs Input Credit, GST reconciliations.Mandatory QualificationsQualified Chartered Accountant CA (candidates with added CMA qualification will be preferred)Experience (Mandatory)Minimum experience of 10 years (preferred 15 years of post-CA qualifications. Age not above 45years.Candidate must have worked in manufacturing company with the turnover of min. Rs. 1000Crore for at least 8-10 years in his total experience of 12-15 years.Essentials-SAP Good Working Experience-IND AS Conversant-Must have handled Plant accounts of any large size heavy Engineering/ManufacturingCompany with Turnover of not less than 1000 Cr-Ability to Collaborate and work in CFTs-Operations knowledge of a large manufacturing set up making MTO Goods.Posting Location & Travel Needs:This position is located at TN Plant; however, the Candidate must be willing to travel to otherPlants of the company periodically. In the first year, the travel period could be around 12-15 daysper month, especially to upcoming AP Plant.
