Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Software Development Engineer (SDE-3) specializing in the MERN stack with 5+ YOE. The role is based in Delhi, India. The SDE-3 will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining back-end systems and web applications. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in code reviews, ensuring efficient programming practices, troubleshooting, and optimizing performance. This position also includes mentoring junior developers and contributing to architecture decisions.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Computer Science and Programming
  • Experience in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
  • Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and frameworks
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
