Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Senior Creative Director (Brand Design) at nu branding. As a Senior Creative Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing the creative team, overseeing the creative direction and strategy for client projects. Creating the big idea & locking in new clients. You will collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and develop innovative and impactful creative solutions. You will also be involved in brand development, art direction, and graphic design. This role is based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some remote work.


Qualifications

  • Devise concepts and creative strategies for multiple projects
  • Creative Direction and Creative Strategy
  • Branding and Art Direction
  • Assume overall responsibility for the quality of creative output and strategy 
  • Lead brainstorming and creative sessions to generate ideas 
  • Create and manage original, creative and conceptually compelling work for projects, content and experiences 
  • Drive the creative vision of projects and convert content into visually appealing work 
  • Produce sketches, storyboards, art layouts based on creative visions and ideas 
  • Review content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team 
  • Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the Project Director and Copywriter 
  • Understand client briefs and KPIs and produce detailed creative pitch documents 
  • Oversee the allocation of appropriate personnel for creative assignments such as illustrators & graphic designers 
  • An excellent eye for detail and a willingness to push creative boundaries 
  • Develop relationships with clients to ensure service and delivery expectations are met 
  • Pitch ideas confidently and present the creative vision clearly to clients 
  • Ensure efficient operational implementation by creating practical and cost-effective proposals 
  • Work with the internal Fridge team to ensure the creative vision for each project is filtered throughout all aspects of the event from concept through to onsite delivery 


You’ll have:

  • A great eye for design and all things creative.
  • Solid creative agency experience at a decent level (10+ minimum). High flyers and experienced minds, all welcome.
  • Standout portfolio of work that showcases your high quality art direction, storytelling and creative vision in a variety of projects 
  • Hands-on experience in the creative process
  • Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc 
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills 
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
