Job Title: D365 MS CRM/CE Functional Architect -(CE Modules)

Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad 

Years of Experience : 8+ years 

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the functional architecture and design of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) solutions with a strong focus on CE modules, ensuring they align with business objectives and client needs.

- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements specific to CE modules, translating them into D365 CE solution designs.

- Define and document D365 CE system configurations, data models, workflows, and business processes, particularly within CE modules.

- Provide guidance on best practices for D365 CE implementations with an emphasis on CE modules and ensure efficient use of D365 CE tools and technologies.

- Lead D365 CE workshops and presentations for clients, specializing in CE module-related solutions and their benefits.

- Work closely with development teams to oversee the implementation of CE module-specific D365 CE solutions, ensuring they meet functional requirements.

- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing, and quality assurance for D365 CE implementations, focusing on CE modules.

- Stay informed about the latest trends and updates in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, particularly within CE modules, and incorporate them into architectural designs.

Mandatory Skills:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.

- 8+ years of experience in designing and implementing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) solutions, with a strong emphasis on CE modules.

- Strong expertise in D365 CE system configuration related to CE modules, including customization, workflows, and integrations.

- Proficiency in D365 CE tools and technologies, particularly those relevant to CE modules.

- Excellent understanding of D365 CE data models and business processes, with a focus on CE modules.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Good-to-Have Skills:

- Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration).

- Experience with other CRM or Customer Engagement solutions, especially with CE modules.

- Knowledge of D365 CE-related technologies such as Power Platform.

- Project management experience.

- Familiarity with agile methodologies
