Company: Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Job allocation to Team Members according to the production plan and Transfer of clear and complete work assignments/ instructions into orders to subordinate positions on Productivity, Quality, Safety,Delivery . Control of absenteeism.Ensure availability of direct/Indirect material online.Monitoring of breakdowns, Tools and equipment problems.Ensure that Daily production formats are filled as actuals.Verify cleaning of plant, machinery and equipment and fixture as per the cleaning schedule.Responsible to achieve required targets on Productivity, Quality and Safety for Respective Production Line.Coordination with sheet metal as a Supplier and with Assembly shop as an Internal Customer for Quality and Quantity.Interaction with other sections of the Paint shop- Technical Support, planning, Process, Maintenance and QA to improve and achieve the required targets.Ensure that Actions are planned and taken without undue delay for the Issues raised during Product Audit, Process Audits and Internal Audits for ISO : and ISO : and Monitor the Effectiveness of The actions through audit trends.
