1. Patient Consultations and ownership

  • Conduct in-depth patient assessments, capturing their symptoms, medical history, and lifestyle patterns.
  • Provide homeopathic treatment using clinic-approved protocols.
  • Ensure patients feel heard, respected, and cared for during consultations.
  • Display attitude and behaviour of ownership for a stellar patient experience in the clinic

2. Diagnosis & Prescription

  • Use clinical expertise and structured protocols to recommend the best course of treatment.
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency in prescription writing.

3. Medical Documentation

  • Record all case details in the digital patient management system.
  • Update patient progress notes after each follow-up or consultation.

4. Collaboration with Team

  • Work closely with other doctors and staff members to ensure smooth clinic operations.
  • Participate in case discussions, learning sessions, and team meetings when scheduled.
  • Be a problem solver

5. Patient Follow-Up & Continuity of Care

  • Monitor treatment outcomes and modify approaches where necessary.
  • Ensure patients are guided appropriately about next steps and follow-up visits.

6. Upholding Clinic Values

  • Adhere to the clinic's ethos of humility, compassion, and scientific rigor.
  • Engage in patient care with a service-first mindset, especially for charitable consultations.

7. Operational Discipline

  • Be punctual and consistent in daily attendance.
  • Respect and contribute to the clinics high standards of efficiency and professionalism.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery BHMS and certification from a state board in India is a must
