Key Responsibilities :

Leadership and Team Management :

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, developers, and other technical staff.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

- Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and provide professional development opportunities.

Project Management :

- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects.

- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project integration.

Technical Strategy and Innovation :

- Develop and implement the technical strategy aligned with the company's goals.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance productivity and quality.

Technical Expertise :

- Provide technical guidance and support to the team on complex issues.

- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment are followed.

- Review and approve architectural designs, code, and technical documentation.

Stakeholder Management :

- Collaborate with other departments, including product management, operations, and customer support, to ensure alignment and support for technical initiatives.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and technical issues.

Quality Assurance :

- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

- Monitor and improve system performance and reliability.

Required Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- A Master's degree is preferred.

Experience :

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in software development, engineering, or a related technical field.

- At least 7 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or similar.

- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

- Knowledge of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).

- Understanding of DevOps practices and tools.

- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Soft Skills :

- Strong leadership and team-building skills.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications :

Certifications :

- PMP, ITIL, or relevant technical certifications.

- Agile/Scrum certification.
