We're Hiring Senior Jewellery Style Consultant – Bengaluru

Position: Senior Jewellery Style Consultant
Experience: 5 to 10 Years
Budget: ₹6 – 10 Lakh per annum

Are you an experienced luxury retail professional with a flair for styling and client engagement? We're looking for a Senior Jewellery Style Consultant to lead customer experiences and provide expert guidance in selecting exquisite jewellery pieces that reflect personality, celebrate milestones, and elevate confidence.

In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in building long-term relationships, mentoring junior staff, and driving premium customer experiences while contributing to our brand's success.

What You'll Do

Offer advanced styling advice tailored to client preferences, lifestyle, and special occasions
Share deep insights on gemstones, designs, craftsmanship, and luxury trends
Lead consultative selling efforts and support upselling strategies
Build and nurture high-value customer relationships with personalized follow-ups
Utilize CRM tools to manage client profiles and enhance customer engagement
Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and maintain luxury standards
Support store operations, training, and events to enhance customer experiences

What We're Looking For

5–10 years of experience in luxury retail, jewellery, or fashion advisory roles
Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
Expertise in jewellery products, market trends, and customer needs
Ability to deliver premium service, inspire confidence, and drive sales
Experience mentoring teams and handling high-net-worth clients
Passion for fashion, beauty, and luxury customer experiences
