Qualifications

·Have at least 8+ years of experience in Pega PRPC development and architecture

·Have solid foundation on Java and J2EE based frameworks, Spring and Springboot

·Have solid experience with backend frameworks and state management 

·Have a strong understanding of Rest, Graph SQL, flavours of SQL and NoSql DBs

·Have experience with modern Java and Pega coding, open source ecosystem, and development practices

·Have a passion for providing the best customer experience, and is comfortable optimizing for accessibility and performance

·Are comfortable working in an environment based on Agile development methodologies and DevOps principles

·Take initiative to mentor engineers, and collaborate with others in order to find solutions to the team's problems
