Sr. Instructional Designer

Position Summary:
As part of the development of its digital learning strategy, Radiall has an e-learning platform called Radiall Campus. The aim is to develop our employees worldwide and grow our talent through a global approach to learning. Collaborating with the Digital Learning team based in France, you will contribute your expertise to design and create innovative training modules for the Group.
Missions:
●E-learning Design:
oIn collaboration with business experts, design in-house e-learning modules that leverage skills development for teams. Work in project mode to deliver content that meets quality and deadline requirements.
oScript training modules: training objectives, structuring, content design, interactive exercises, quizzes and assessments. Be a driving force behind innovations that enhance the learning experience
●LMS administration:
oParticipate in the management and administration of our Radiall Campus LMS and provide user support with the team.
oSupport the various stakeholders (HR, Managers) in learning how to use the LMS, and encourage them to be a driving force behind content creation. Implement necessary improvements and monitor supplier updates.
oMeasure/test learner retention and knowledge transfer by developing quizzes and exercises.
●Create and manage training content:
oImplement and deploy new e-learning content such as instructor-led courses, stand-alone courses, videos, user guides, scenarios, storyboards, assessments, etc. that transform technical information into professionally written and engaging instructional or performance support content.
oCreate, review, and update training materials and documentation based on learners feedback. Train others on how to deliver learning materials
Skills Required:
●At least 5 years of experience in a similar background
●Knowledge and experience of managing an e-learning platform (Docebo ideally)
●Demonstrable e-learning design and project management experience, mastery of training design methodology.
●Ability to work on multiple projects while paying close attention to detail.
●Excellent analytical, communication, organisational and project management skills.
●Experience using e-learning authoring tools such as Elucidat or Articulate 360 as well as video design tools such as Camtasia, Powtoon, and graphics tools (Illustrator, Photoshop).
●Very good level of English & Kannada (written and verbal), and excellent writing skills
Education & experience:
●Bachelor's Degree/ Master's Degree
●5 years of experience in Instructional Design and L&D
