Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Quality calls (10 calls/day)
- Conduct short (2–3 minute) lead qualification calls
- Follow a provided script to ensure consistency
- Record feedback and mark quality as per the criteria
- WhatsApp messaging
- Send confirmation messages to leads post-quality call (template provided, only name & time to be updated)
- Send appointment reminder messages as per schedule
- Maintain professionalism and brand tone in all communications
- WhatsApp group engagement
- Share 4 pre-formatted messages weekly in the designated WhatsApp group(s)
- Ensure timely posting and respond to basic follow-ups if required
