Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Quality calls (10 calls/day)
  • Conduct short (2–3 minute) lead qualification calls
  • Follow a provided script to ensure consistency
  • Record feedback and mark quality as per the criteria
  • WhatsApp messaging
  • Send confirmation messages to leads post-quality call (template provided, only name & time to be updated)
  • Send appointment reminder messages as per schedule
  • Maintain professionalism and brand tone in all communications
  • WhatsApp group engagement
  • Share 4 pre-formatted messages weekly in the designated WhatsApp group(s)
  • Ensure timely posting and respond to basic follow-ups if required
