Job Title: DevOps EngineerJob Description:We are seeking a motivated DevOps Engineer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to support the design, build, configuration, and maintenance of application environments. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute to delivering stable and efficient systems.Key Responsibilities:•Assist in building, maintaining, and improving CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.•Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) including provisioning, monitoring, scaling, and troubleshooting.•Automate routine tasks using scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).•Work with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.•Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.•Monitor application and infrastructure health using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or Azure Monitor.•Support developers with environment setup, deployment issues, and workflow automation.•Ensure security best practices in CI/CD, cloud configurations, and access controls.•Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and performance.Required Skill Set:•Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to analyze technical issues and propose effective solutions.•Basic experience working with operating systems such as Linux and Windows.•Foundational programming/scripting skills in Bash, Python, Java, or similar languages.•Understanding or coursework exposure to Agile and/or Design Thinking methodologies.•Basic knowledge of network fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, DHCP, and routing concepts.•Good written and verbal communication skills.•Keen interest in learning new tools, technologies, and DevOps practices.•1–2 years of experience working in DevOps, system administration, or a related technical role.•Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.(Hands-on academic or internship experience is acceptable.)•Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems such as Git.•Basic understanding of containerization technologies like Docker; Kubernetes exposure is an added advantage.•Interest in cloud security basics and willingness to learn best practices.•Enthusiastic about monitoring tools and performance optimization.•Highly adaptable, eager to troubleshoot issues, and motivated to improve system efficiency.
