Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone with a deep love for learning, especially in the rapidly evolving field of GenAI. While having experience with GenAI is a strong plus, it’s your curiosity and hunger to grow that matter most. You should be action-oriented, focused on results, and have a passion for technology and great design.


  • Curiosity for GenAI: A must-have. You’re eager to explore and understand how GenAI can shape the future of car ownership, constantly learning as the field evolves.
  • Years of Experience: We need someone with a proven track record ideally 4+ Years. Experience managing a team is a definite plus
  • AI Knowledge (should have): Experience with GenAI technologies such as GPT, transformers, and neural networks is a plus, but not a deal-breaker.
  • Data Savvy: Strong background in data science, machine learning, and statistics, with a talent for turning data into actionable strategies.
  • First-Principle Problem Solving: You approach challenges by breaking them down to their fundamentals, finding solutions others overlook, and thinking critically from the ground up.
  • Perfectionist with Speed: You strive for perfection in every detail but never at the cost of momentum. You're obsessed with delivering high-quality work at high speed.
  • Action-Oriented: You have a strong bias for action, turning ideas into reality with swift execution and a focus on results.
  • Design Enthusiast: You appreciate clean, impactful designs and understand how great design can amplify technology.
