KeyResponsibilities:
  • Developand execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies toachieve business goals including but not limited to customeracquisition lead generation and revenuegrowth.
  • Plan execute and optimize paidadvertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads FacebookAds LinkedIn Ads Twitter Ads and other relevantchannels.
  • Conduct keyword research ad copycreation and A/B testing to improve campaign performance and drivemaximum ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze campaignperformance metrics regularly including CTR CPA ROAS and conversionrates to identify areas for improvement andoptimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teamsincluding design content and product teams to create compelling adcreatives and landing pages that resonate with the targetaudience.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trendsbest practices and emerging technologies in performance marketingto ensure our strategies remain innovative andcompetitive.
  • Implement tracking and attributionmethodologies to accurately measure the impact of performancemarketing efforts on overall businessobjectives.
  • Provide regular reporting andinsights to stakeholders on campaign performance key metrics andactionable recommendations forimprovement.
  • Work closely with externalagencies and vendors to manage relationships negotiate contractsand ensure deliverables are met within budget and timelineconstraints.
  • Identify new opportunities forgrowth and expansion through performance marketing channels andpresent recommendations to seniormanagement.
