Position: Tele calling Team Lead / Head (Real Estate)
Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month) + significant performance-based incentives and bonuses.
Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Tele calling Team Lead to oversee and drive our outbound sales calling operations. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with a strong background in real estate tele-sales, responsible for mentoring a team of tele callers, optimising call strategies, and achieving ambitious sales targets. This is a leadership role critical to our sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of female telecallers to achieve individual and team targets. Foster a high-performance, positive, and results-driven culture.
Strategy & Target Setting: Develop and implement effective calling scripts, strategies, and campaigns to generate qualified leads and appointments. Set clear daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for the team.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor team performance through key metrics (calls made, connections, appointments set, conversion rates). Analyze data to identify trends, provide constructive feedback, and report on KPIs to senior management.
Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions for new hires and ongoing coaching for existing team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, and CRM usage.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of customer service and compliance with calling scripts and regulations. Conduct random call audits to maintain service quality.
Escalation Handling: Act as the point of contact for escalated customer calls and complex inquiries, providing effective resolutions.
CRM & Data Management Oversight: Ensure the team accurately updates the CRM system with customer interactions and lead status. Manage lead distribution to maximize conversion.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tele calling/sales, with at least 1-2 years in a team lead or supervisory role, preferably in the real estate sector.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, both individually and as a team.
Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
Expert-level communication and negotiation skills in English and regional languages.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM software.
In-depth knowledge of the Chennai real estate market is a significant advantage.
