Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Executive to join our team in Rajkot on a Full-Time basis. This position is ideal for freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience, offering an excellent opportunity to kickstart a career in front desk operations within the education sector. Qualifications and Skills Strong knowledge and skills in aviation, hospitality industry, and study abroad industry are mandatory for this position (Mandatory skill). Hands-on experience or understanding of front desk operations to effectively manage daily reception activities. Proficiency in hospitality management to ensure a welcoming and professional environment for clients and guests. Excellent customer service skills to provide top-tier service and address client inquiries and feedback efficiently. Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and internal teams. Basic skills in using office software, such as MS Office, to handle administrative tasks efficiently. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment to ensure smooth operations. Positive attitude and a proactive approach towards addressing client and organizational needs. Roles and Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors with a professional demeanor to ensure a positive first impression. Answer and redirect phone calls, and handle emails and correspondence efficiently. Coordinate with internal departments to streamline processes and enhance client service delivery. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining a tidy reception area. Assist in the organization and coordination of company events and client meetings. Maintain and update records of client interactions and feedback regularly. Support administrative tasks as needed to facilitate operational efficiency. Promote the company's educational services to potential clients and provide necessary information.
