Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Structural Design Engineer to join our team at May I Help You. As a Structural Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and maintaining the structural integrity of various projects. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in structural design engineering. The job is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and is a full-time employment opportunity.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering4 to 6 years of experience in structural design engineeringProficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or STAAD.ProStrong knowledge of building codes and regulationsAbility to interpret and analyze engineering drawings and specificationsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to work effectively in a team environmentKnowledge of AutoCAD and other design software is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

Designing and analyzing structures such as buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure projectsPreparing detailed engineering drawings, plans, and specificationsPerforming structural analysis and calculations using software toolsEnsuring adherence to all safety and building codesCollaborating with architects, engineers, and construction professionalsParticipating in project meetings and providing technical expertiseReviewing and approving structural designs, reports, and drawingsConducting site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and qualityTroubleshooting and resolving structural design issuesKeeping up to date with industry standards and advancements in structural engineering
