TCS present an excellent opportunity for Oracle DBA Job Location: Kolkata, Chennai Experience required : 6-10 yrs Virtual Interview date: 17-Dec-25 (Wednesday) Must-Have 6–10 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration. Proficient in RMAN backup and recovery strategies. Strong knowledge of Oracle Data Guard for high availability and disaster recovery. Hands-on experience in performance tuning and query optimization. Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) for monitoring, Grid Administration for Oracle, Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) and management. Experience with patching, upgrades, and database cloning. User management and ASM disk addition Solid understanding of Unix/Linux system administration related to Oracle. Proficiency in writing complex PL/SQL scripts and shell scripting for automation. Good communication skills with both technical and management teams Good-to-Have Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Autonomous Databases. Experience in database security auditing and compliance. Familiarity with Ansible, Terraform, or other IaC tools for database deployment automation. Oracle certifications (e.g., OCP, OCM) are a strong plus. Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management procedures.
