Job Description :


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and extensive experience in designing and implementing solutions to meet the needs of our organization. As a ServiceNow Platform Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, as well as providing technical guidance and expertise to our team.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations to meet business needs.

- Lead the configuration and customization of ServiceNow applications using best practices and industry standards.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers and administrators on ServiceNow architecture, design, and development.

- Design and implement ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and other customization components.

- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications within the organization's IT ecosystem.

- Ensure the security, performance, and scalability of ServiceNow solutions.

- Stay updated with the latest features and functionalities of the ServiceNow platform and recommend enhancements or upgrades as needed.

- Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and user guides.

- Provide training and support to end-users and administrators on how to use and maintain ServiceNow solutions.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, with years in a ServiceNow architecture role.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications preferred.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including ServiceNow modules, tables, forms, and APIs.

- Experience in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including integrations with third-party systems.

- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages, such as JavaScript and GlideScript.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
