Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with deep expertise in Market Risk and Risk Data Analysis to act as a bridge between business, risk, and technology teams. The role combines risk domain knowledge with strong business analysis capabilities, managing risk data requirements, ensuring data quality, supporting regulatory initiatives, and delivering solutions that meet both business and technical needs. Experience: 10-15 Years Location: Mumbai/Bengaluru Mode of Work: Full Time Key Responsibilities: Partner with stakeholders in Market Risk, Technology, and Data to gather, analyze, and document requirements, including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and data mappings. Analyze, validate, and reconcile risk data across multiple systems and external providers to ensure accuracy and completeness. Deliver functional and technical specifications for risk data solutions and assist in solution design discussions. Support risk data governance, sourcing, and reconciliation initiatives. Serve as 2nd line of defense, partnering closely with Office of COO and Firm Risk teams to ensure controls and compliance. Contribute to defining processes, systems, architecture, and governance around risk and regulatory frameworks. Requirements: Bachelor’s or master's in finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 10–15 years as a Business Analyst, with 7+ years in Market Risk/Risk Data domains.  Strong understanding of Market Risk concepts (VaR, sensitivities, stress testing) and regulatory frameworks (Basel, FRTB, BCBS). Hands-on experience with SQL, data analysis, and risk systems (, Murex, Bloomberg). Proven ability to gather, analyze, document, and manage requirements, and translate them into technical specifications. Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills. Experience in UAT coordination, process mapping, and solution delivery. Good To Have Sk ills: Knowledge of Python, Power BI/Tableau, or cloud data platforms. Certifications such as FRM or CFA.
