About the role

As an Associate Producer, you will play a crucial role in the production and management of audio content. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including VOA sound engineers and external studios, to ensure the successful creation and delivery of high-quality audio content. In addition, you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing new talent to contribute to our platform. This role requires a strong background in audio production and a keen ability to collaborate with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

● Audio Production Management:

○ Collaborate with VOA sound engineers and external studios to coordinate recording sessions, ensuring the highest quality audio production standards are met

. ○ Manage production schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

○ Oversee audio editing and post-production processes to maintain consistency and quality across all content.

● Talent Sourcing and Management:

● Identify and recruit new talent, including voice actors, narrators, and sound engineers, to expand the audio content team.

● Establish and maintain relationships with talent agencies, studios, and freelancers to ensure a diverse and reliable pool of resources.

● Provide guidance and support to talent during recording sessions, ensuring their performance aligns with project objectives.

● Quality Assurance:

○ Conduct quality checks on audio content to ensure it meets established standards for clarity, consistency, and technical specifications.

○ Address any issues or discrepancies promptly and work with the team to find solutions.

● Communication and Collaboration:

○ Act as a bridge between internal teams and external partners, facilitating effective communication and project coordination.

○ Participate in regular meetings with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and progress.

Qualification

● Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

● Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a dubbing studio or audio production environment.

● Strong knowledge of audio recording, editing, and post-production processes.

● Excellent communication and interpersonalskillsto collaborate with variousstakeholders.

● Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
