Urgent requirement of Solution Architect - Contract - Canberra
Requirements EsseEssential criteria
● Network Infrastructure: Knowledge of OSI model and the communication protocols that operate at each layer of the stack.
● Security: Understanding encryption, in transit, and at rest and testing for vulnerabilities in a systems design.
● Cloud/Hybrid/On-Premises Infrastructure: Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies, platforms with knowledge of compute, storage, identity & access management, governance, and networking services.
● Database Administration or Design: Knowledge of SQL and data vault/data warehouse/data lake solutions.
● Software Design & Development: Ability to formulate a high-level solution from a set of business requirements, architectural drivers, and design constraints while presenting trade-off between scaling, load, availability, and fault tolerance.
● Understanding and knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies (such as spiral, agile software development, rapid prototyping, incremental, synchronise and stabilise and DevOps).
● Understanding and knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) and information technology infrastructure library (ITIL).
● Understanding of IT standards and controls.
● Proven analytical, planning, organizational and technical and skills.
