Social Media Management Executive - Digital Marketing

We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Management Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic and conversions. This role involves managing multiple social media accounts, creating high-quality content, analyzing performance metrics, and staying updated on the latest social media trends.

Requirements

Content Strategy & Creation:

  • Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies in alignment with marketing and branding objectives.
  • Create engaging, creative, and relevant content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia, tailored to each platform.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and other team members to produce high-quality visuals.

Platform Management:

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of all social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
  • Schedule and publish posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or other scheduling platforms.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, ensuring timely and professional responses to build community engagement.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and performance tracking - if any.
  • Work with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall campaigns and promotions.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, clicks, and conversions.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights with actionable recommendations for improvement.

Trend Monitoring & Innovation:

  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Experiment with new content formats and approaches to increase reach and engagement.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in major social media platforms and their respective tools
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to create and analyze social media reports using tools like Google Analytics or native platform insights.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and partnership management.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Growth in followers and engagement rates.
  • Improvement in website traffic and conversions via social media.
  • Timely and efficient handling of queries and feedback.
