Job Details
Job Title - Senior Associate – Financial Reporting.
Job Location - Hyderabad
Job Type - Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of Quarterly Standalone and Consolidated financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow Statements.
Compile and prepare supporting schedules required for financial reporting.
Conduct detailed Balance Sheet GL reconciliations and review expense provisions.
Coordinate with auditors for the completion of audits and provide necessary documentation.
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of accounting entries and financial data.
Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Maintain and update records of assets, liabilities, and revenue & expenses.
Support the team with the preparation of management information systems (MIS) reports.
Ensure adherence to the organization's accounting policies and financial procedures.
Maintain and manage the fixed assets register, including calculating depreciation.
Required skills
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with 2 years of experience, or semi-qualified Chartered Accountant with 5-6 years of experience.
Proven experience in audit, financial statement preparation, and reconciliations (Candidates with experience in Big Four audit firms are preferred)
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, including US GAAP and IND AS.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Strong communication skills for interaction with auditors and internal teams.
