Role DescriptionThis is a full-time Assistant Manager Human Resources role located in Mumbai. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations. This role will involve working on-site to support the HR needs of the organization.
QualificationsRecruitment, onboarding, and training skillsPerformance management and employee relations expertiseKnowledge of HR policies and proceduresExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentExperience with HRIS and HR softwareStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesRelevant degree in Human Resources or related field
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition:Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and selection.Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
Onboarding and Induction:Design and execute comprehensive onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the organization.Conduct induction sessions to familiarize employees with company culture, policies, and processes.
Employee Engagement and Satisfaction:Plan and coordinate team-building activities and events to foster a collaborative and engaging work environment.Develop and implement initiatives to monitor and improve employee satisfaction and well-being.Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide timely resolutions.
Learning and Development (L&D):Coordinate with external training providers and manage training schedules.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D initiatives.
Rewards and Recognition:Develop and implement employee reward and recognition programs to acknowledge outstanding contributions.Ensure fair and transparent processes for team rewards.
HRMS and Process Management:Maintain and update the HRMS to ensure accurate employee records.Streamline HR processes and leverage technology for efficiency.Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to inform decision-making.
