Job Description:

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Rhosigma Engineering, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our electronic products throughout the development and manufacturing process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to establish and implement quality standards, processes, and procedures. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for electronic products.
  • Conducting functional, performance, and reliability testing to identify defects and ensure product conformance to specifications.
  • Analyzing test results and providing feedback to the engineering team for continuous improvement.
  • Participating in design reviews and providing input on product design for manufacturability and quality.
  • Collaborating with suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure adherence to quality standards and resolve quality issues.
  • Investigating customer complaints and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Maintaining documentation and records related to quality assurance activities.

Additional Information:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field required.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Experience with test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python).
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, IPC standards).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
