Responsibilities

  • Providegeneral support to the People Consultants Recruiter Sourcer andPeople Partners in the operations organization. Coordinate andassist with the planning and execution of projects orevents.

  • Facilitatethe new hire/transfer brief and coordinate the associatedonboardingprocess.

  • Provideinsightful data develop reports participate in processes related toemployee relations and collect maintain analyze and trackinformation.

  • Partnerwith employees to organize eventslocally.

  • Learnand master our internal systems and run various reports asneeded.


Requirements
  • CumulativeGPA of 3.0 or higher (Please upload ALL transcripts as part of theapplicationprocess)
  • Recentlycompleted a degree in Business Administration Management HumanResources or a relatedfield
  • Previousexperience in Human Resources Consulting Customer Service or arelatedfield.
  • Experiencein project management or organizingevents.

GeneralRequirements
  • CompletedBachelors degree within the last two years or enrolled in a Mastersor PhDprogram.
  • Excellentwritten and oral communication and presentation skills inEnglish.
  • Strongproblemsolving abilities and attention todetail
  • Abilityto work independently and manage time effectively while alsocontributing to a teamenvironment.
  • Musthave the equipment and environment to work remotely(laptop/computer reliable internet connection quiet conducivespace).
