We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Communications Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels and help build a strong brand presence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand communication strategies that align with business goals and brand identity.
  • Manage and execute end-to-end communication campaigns, including digital, social media, PR, and offline channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to create cohesive messaging and ensure consistency in all brand touchpoints.
  • Write, edit, and proofread marketing and communication materials, such as press releases, blog posts, newsletters, social media content, and promotional material.
  • Monitor brand perception through market research, customer feedback, and social media listening.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, and media outlets to ensure effective brand representation.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in brand communication.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in brand communication, PR, or marketing.
  • Proven experience in managing multi-channel communication campaigns.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in working with media and PR agencies.
  • Knowledge of branding and marketing trends.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools is a plus.
