Freelance Interior Designer - Japanese Concept CafeAbout the Role: We are a Japanese concept cafe brand in Riyadh seeking a talented freelance interior designer to create modern, minimalistic Japanese-inspired spaces for our cafe. This remote position requires someone who can authentically translate Japanese design principles into functional, beautiful cafe interiors and exteriors.Key Responsibilities:Design interior and exterior concepts reflecting authentic Japanese minimalism and modern aestheticsCreate detailed design proposals, mood boards, and 3 D renderingsSource and recommend materials, furniture, and fixtures aligned with Japanese design principlesCollaborate remotely with our team and local contractorsEnsure designs are culturally respectful and commercially viable for the Saudi marketRequirements:Proven portfolio showcasing Japanese or minimalist design projectsStrong understanding of Japanese design philosophy (wabi-sabi, ma, simplicity)Proficiency in design software (Auto CAD, Sketch Up, 3 D rendering tools)Experience designing F&B or hospitality spaces preferredExcellent remote communication and project management skillsAbility to work within budget constraints
