Job Description

Open Position: Associate, Policy Administration (MNC Company)


An MNC Shared Services Company is currently hiring an Associate, Policy Administration  to come and join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.


Key responsibilities include:

l Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.

l Handle post-sales requests, prepare and submit forms to carriers, and negotiate with insurers/underwriters.

l  Handle policy endorsements and renewals in a timely manner, ensuring all necessary updates are accurately recorded.

l Prepare and maintain policy documents, endorsements, and other related paperwork.

l Collaborate with Team Leader, sales teams, and customer service representatives to ensure smooth policy administration processes.

l Guiding and supporting team members.

l Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.

l Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

l Able to communicate proficiently in both English and Chinese.
