Responsible for solution designs and documentation for projects
Support ON CALL rotation 24x7
Responsible for performance tuning.
Create & manage/administer/maintain monitoring tools like Diagnostic Manager for SQL Server by IDERA, and or Microsoft Azure’s OMS.
Responsible for enhancement or solution designs, documentation and/or training team members on new technologies
Implement, monitor and report on infra projects and coordinate with global/regional/local support groups and vendors.
Responsible for configuration and implementation of databases backups. Configure, setup, maintain database security and auditing. Disaster Recovery planning and implementation
Find improvements and efficiencies in application database access performance, and review with code developers
Install and test new versions of the database management system (DBMS)
Provide development of database objects tables, views, stored procedures, user defined functions, indexes and triggers in coordination with web code development
Develop new reports using SQL Server Reporting Services and design database structures to be efficiently queried
Implement and maintain database security,
