Job Description:

Experience & Background:

  • 8+ years of total IT experience, with 5+ years in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components)
  • 2+ years of experience in a Technical Lead or similar leadership role
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud , or other Salesforce products
  • Strong integration experience using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs , or equivalent tools
  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer, CTA, or others) are highly desirable


Key Skills:

  • Expertise in Salesforce best practices , architecture, and scalable design
  • Strong command over Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce , and Salesforce integration tools
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices (CI/CD, version control)
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams , ensuring quality and consistency across deliverables
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
