Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist at Media Skills-New York Academy located in Mumbai. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for daily telesales activities, including making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about products and services, and closing sales. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and support, as well as conducting training sessions for new hires.
Qualifications
MUST BE PROFICIENT IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE
Customer Service, Communication, and Sales skills
Experience in customer support and providing exceptional customer service
Ability to effectively communicate information, answer questions, and address customer concerns
Experience in sales and achieving sales targets
Training and mentoring skills
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Proficiency in relevant computer applications
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Experience in the media industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
