We are seeking a dynamic and competent candidate for the role of Business Development Manager to excel in our apparel retail division.

Job description for Business Manager

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

·    Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

·    Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.

·    Set sales goals, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets.

·    Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and retail partners.

·    Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

·    Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.

·    Stay informed about the latest trends in the apparel industry.

·    Provide feedback to the product development team regarding customer preferences and market demand.

·    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

·    Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the apparel industry.

·    Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

·    Strong leadership and team management skills.

·    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·    Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

·    Willingness to travel as needed.

·    Location NCR and Haryana

Other Retail industry candidate can be preferred
