Key Responsibilities:

  • Write clear, compelling copy for various mediums (e.g., ads, blog posts, newsletters).
  • Collaborate with designers, and other professionals on large- and small-scale marketing projects.
  • Interpret creative briefs to develop and produce creative concepts and finally execute the copy, as required. This includes short and long copy and larger pieces of content.
  • Research and understanding of the client's needs and target audiences and interpretation of the same through required copy.
  • Write original copy and edit content for a range of corporate marketing and communications materials.
  • Present copy concepts and final deliverable to internal team, and to client representative as needed, and participate in client pitches on occasion.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a copywriter, preferably with a focus on retention or customer engagement.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to create compelling, personalized content that resonates with diverse customer segments.
  • Creative and analytical mindset with the ability to generate data-driven content ideas.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
