Office timings: Monday to Friday 6.30 pm IST – 2.30 am IST (Summertime) and 7.30 pm IST – 3.30 am IST (wintertime)

Summer time : March 8 – Nov 7 and winter time: Nov 8 to March 7

 

The US Payroll & Admin Executive candidate will assist other team members in executing some of the day-to-day functions.


This position is long-term and will be an integral part of our team. Therefore, we are looking only for candidates with a basic interest in this type of work and those with US Payroll and Admin experience working in the US time zone .


The job specification for this position is as follows.

  1. Responsible for Payroll registration and processing of payroll
  2. Responsible for Sales Tax registration and filing sales tax returns
  3. Following up with clients via email and phone calls as may be required
  4. Responsible for preparing and sending Invoices to clients and collection follow-up
  5. Downloading documents and converting them using various software
  6. Arranging virtual meetings with clients and staff members using Zoom


 Candidate should possess the following MANDATORY skill sets

1.   Excellent spoken and written English and should have done their education in English medium only.

2.   Solid knowledge and experience in using MS Office – Outlook, Excel, and Word; Adobe Acrobat Web Browsing,

Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, Messenger

3. Should have a secure and reliable internet connection, a quiet working environment, and the ability to use

their PC.

4. Excellent email and letter drafting skills as the majority of the work will involve communicating via email and

over the phone.


Preference is given to the following types of candidates:

  1. Candidates who have dealt with US clients and know the US style of working and accent.
  2. Call center candidates with good communication skills and ability to handle Admin functions will be strongly preferred as they are used to working in the nighttime in India.
  3. The candidate should preferably have a Bachelor’s degree.
  4. The company will provide a phone and a laptop
  5. Please note this is not a “Flex time” position and the candidate will have to be available between 9 am – 5 pm US time Monday to Friday. Moonlighting will not be allowed.
  6. The candidate will be entitled to 8 US holidays. No other leave will be paid for.
  7. All shortlisted candidates should provide professional references and will be subject to a thorough background check before they are offered the position.
