The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integrations. This role demands a proactive individual who can work closely with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex , Visualforce , Lightning Web Components (LWC) , and Salesforce APIs .Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.).Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.Manage Salesforce configurations, workflows, process builders, flows, and validation rules.Optimize existing applications and improve performance and user experience.Ensure data integrity, security, and best development practices are followed.Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.Required Skills & Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.Strong hands-on expertise in Apex Classes , Triggers , Batch Apex , Visualforce Pages , and Lightning Components (Aura and LWC) .Experience with Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs , middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.), or direct point-to-point integrations.Sound knowledge of Salesforce architecture , data model , security model , and best practices.Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , and/or Experience Cloud .Proficient in using development tools like VS Code , Salesforce CLI , Git , and Change Sets or SFDX for deployments.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in sprints.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications:Salesforce certifications such as:Platform Developer I (mandatory)Platform Developer II (preferred)Salesforce Administrator , App Builder , or relevant cloud certificationsExperience in working with managed packages or AppExchange products is a plus.Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce is a plus.Additional Details:Location: Mumbai (Onsite/Hybrid based on project requirements)Joining Time: Immediate joiners preferred (Notice period of 0–15 days)
