Position Summary:In this role, you will be a subject matter expert in Adobe Marketing Automation tools within the Adobe Experience Cloud, focusing on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). You will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and optimizing customer journeys across multiple channels. Your expertise in HTML coding for email templates and proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) will be instrumental in driving meaningful results and enhancing our customers’ digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:AEP & AJO Expertise:

Leverage 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) to build, test, and refine customer journeys that resonate with target audiences.Adobe Experience Cloud Mastery:

Utilize 5+ years of experience working with Adobe Marketing Automation tools to design, implement, and maintain sophisticated marketing campaigns.Cross-Platform Integration:

Collaborate closely with internal teams to connect AJO workflows with AEP data, and integrate Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to create seamless, data-driven customer experiences.Email Template Development:

Demonstrate proficiency in HTML and CSS to build, code, and optimize email templates for compatibility, deliverability, and engagement across various devices and email clients.Best Practices & Coaching:

Serve as a mentor and coach for less experienced team members, providing deskside guidance and training to ensure best practices in campaign execution and marketing operations.Project Management:

Prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple projects independently, maintaining a keen focus on deadlines and quality in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications:5+ years of experience working with Adobe Marketing Automation Tools (Adobe Experience Cloud).3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).Proficient in HTML and CSS for coding responsive, high-performing email templates.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working within ambiguous parameters.Proven ability to effectively prioritize, manage, and execute multiple tasks/projects in a dynamic environment.Strong communication and organizational skills and a proven track record of coaching and mentoring team members.
