Bidding and Proposal Writer

with 1-3 years of experience to join our team on a freelance basis. The role involves developing compelling proposals, responding to RFPs, RFQs, and managing the entire bidding process remotely. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, an understanding of bid compliance requirements, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Proposal Writing & DevelopmentBid ManagementResearch & DocumentationCompliance & ReviewEnd of Auction (EOA) PreparationCollaboration & Communication

Qualifications1-3 years of experience in bidding and proposal writing, preferably in industries like IT, construction, procurement, or services.Proven experience in successfully writing and managing proposals and bids.Excellent written communication, editing, and proofreading skills.Strong attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.Ability to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating initiative and reliability.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management tools.Familiarity with EOA (End of Auction) processes is a plus.
