● ServiceNow Testing Experience in various modules (e. g. Change, Incident, Knowledge, Problem, CMDB, IT Asset Management and
Service Catalogue)
● 2+ Years of automation experience using ServiceNow ATF.
● Should be able to do Test Case Design, Test Planning and Test Strategies.
● Expertise in automation of web based applications using Selenium webdriver.
● Knowledge of Automation framework Cucumber.
● Good understanding of REST API and POSTMAN tools.
● Keep Management updated on progress or report issues.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Demonstrate strong ability to evaluate constraints, risks and dependencies.
● Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
● Good exposure required on C# and selenium
