Assessment and evaluation in end to end closure of cases highlighted under Governance framework ( Audit , Quality check etc) Sharing outages / findings/ learnings under Governance framework on daily basis Conduct trainings/case clinics /mentoring basis above observations and findings Support in internal & external audit activities such as Internal Assurance audit , Legal and compliance ,IRDAI audit & statutory audit Support in Closure on regulatory circulars for Medical Underwriting Plans to improvise quality Good excel basis analytical skills

Measure of Success:

Adherence to all regulatory and compliance guidelines Timely closure of audit observations and outages shared under Governance framework End to end closure on cases assessed under quality check Sharing regular case studies and conducting trainings for improvising the quality check score

Desired qualifications and experience:

Graduate with 3+ years of experience in underwriting MBBS / B.Sc (Hons) in Nursing/B.Pharm/BPT/Insurance Qualified preferred

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Candidates who have a performance rating of G2M2 & have completed 12 months in the current role Candidates who have a performance rating of G3M3 & have completed 18 months in the current role FOR LATERAL MOVEMENT, candidate should have completed atleast 12 months in the current role & have

minimum performance rating of G3M3

Knowledge and skills required:

Strong communication skills Strong GO / HO process knowledge Eye for detail Good co-ordination skills Good Analytical Skills Computer knowledge (MS Office, MS Excel, MS Power Point) and Technical skills
