We are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) - Cloud & AI Data, who specializes in data platforms and analytics to help customers build secure, scalable, and AI-ready solutions on Microsoft Azure. In this customer-facing role, you will deliver engagements that span architecture design, proof of concepts, and production deployments, ensuring performance, resiliency, and security across mission-critical workloads. As part of the Cloud + AI Data team, you will leverage existing repeatable IP and execution engines with accountability to drive delivery excellence, accelerate adoption, and ensure a successful deployment for the customer. You will collaborate with engineering teams, share best practices, and stay current with evolving trends to help customers unlock the full value of their Data and AI investments. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 12+ years experience in cloud, data & analytics technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, proficiency in priority workloads including Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Microsoft Purview, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis and Cosmos DB. OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 12+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure/application technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting. OR equivalent experience. 12+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external) and on technical projects. Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, Security certifications) or Industry Certifications such as TOGAF etc. Responsibilities Customer Centricity: • Be the trusted Technical Delivery Lead and advisor to large enterprise customers in the region. Engage at Senior/Executive level to understand customers’ overall Business and IT priorities, success measures and challenges for adoption of Microsoft Azure services and to develop relationships with key customer IT decision makers, who drive long-term cloud adoption within their company. • Identify resolutions to technical blockers by leveraging subject matter expertise and use internal Microsoft processes for escalations to support and engineering. Act as the voice of the customer by driving new feedback into engineering, insights on usage and application patterns and help accelerate solution delivery through Architectural Reviews, Proof of Concepts/MVP applications, environment setup and code-with customers. Business Impact:   • Consumption (Cloud & Unified Enhanced Solutions) growth – Drive next best action to develop new opportunities that enable Customer Success business results through 1) helping customers get value from their Microsoft investments 2) enabling local teams to execute on programmatic motions.  • Enable adoption, delivery oversight and escalation support for Cloud Adoption Factory engagements across all countries in the region.  • You will deliver excellence as you own your committed pipeline and ensure delivery in alignment with customer expectations. • You will develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results by working with technical decision makers to ensure they understand Microsoft's Azure services required to operate AI solutions at scale, inclusive of value proposition and how they get value from their investment in the Microsoft technology. Technical Leadership:   • Lead architecture design sessions, develop Data & Analytics roadmaps, and drive Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to accelerate adoption and ensure long-term technical viability. • Be accredited and certified to deliver with advanced and expert-level proficiency in priority workloads including Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Microsoft Purview, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Cosmos DB. • Drive technical though leadership and apply new learnings to support customers and internal teams’ skilling. Learn new technologies or services that are aligned to customer needs and common patterns seen in Cloud-based application deployments. Successful candidate possesses:   • Track record of driving customer/partner success at enterprise level.  • Communication and presentation skills to drive CXO level conversations.  • Ability to connect business and technology areas and drive improvements.  • Experience in developing and expanding relationships with key stakeholders.  • Ability to anticipate and manage business and technical risks.  You will demonstrate a self-learner mindset through continuous alignment of individual skilling to team/area demands and Customer Success goals as you accelerate customer outcomes and engage in relevant communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, prioritize IP re-sure and learn from others to help accelerate your customers transformation journey.
