Key Responsibilities:

  • Catalog Management: Maintain and update product catalogs, ensuring accurate descriptions,

specifications, and images for our diverse range of products.

  • Product Listing: Create and optimize product listings on various eCommerce platforms, including

Amazon and Flipkart, to enhance visibility and drive sales.

  • Account Handling: Manage day-to-day operations of our Amazon and Flipkart accounts, including

inventory management, pricing strategy, and performance tracking.

  • Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends, pricing strategies,

and opportunities for improvement.

  • Sales Monitoring: Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights to improve sales

strategies and optimize product placement.

  • Customer Interaction: Address customer inquiries and feedback related to product listings and orders to

enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on promotional

activities and product launches.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in eCommerce cataloging, product listing, and account management,
  • preferably in the camera, photography, or video industry.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, especially Amazon and Flipkart.
  • Strong analytical skills with a knack for data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
