Greetings from TATA Consultancy ServicesRole: CX Consultant - CPQ, S&M, Service / CPQ & Front Office Transformation ConsultantEXP: 8 to 15Location: Pune, BangaloreJob Description :Overall experience of about 8+ years in Manufacturing industry in customer experience strategy consulting and transformation.Advise leading global manufacturing clients on CRM, Sales and Service processes in automotive and industrial equipment companies.Execute breakthrough domain consulting engagements. Support in entire sales cycle – business development, proposal development, pre-sales etcDevelop use cases and guide technical teams for POC / solution development, test case designs, and certify solutions before handing over to customersPublish thought leadership papers based on advisory work, study of industry and technology trends, participate in leading industry forums (technology) to represent TCSExperience in Front Office Transformation and CPQ (Salesforce / Oracle / SAP) consulting including industry benchmarking, product evaluation, design business architecture, define strategy, and business case.At least 2 full lifecycle implementation experience in the platform. Experience with both B2 C and B2 B scenarios will be preferred.Exposure to working in various ERP solutions and integrating with CPQ platform.
