Job Description
Dans le cadre de notre développement et pour renforcer notre équipe de Genève, nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Ingénieur Devops ou Release Manager.
Le poste proposé étant multi activité et évolutif, tous les profils de candidat(e)s seront étudiés avec attention. L’environnement de travail étant Francophone et Anglophone, la description des activités à prendre en charge est en anglais.
Responsibilities
Release Coordination
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to plan and schedule releases
  • Establish release timelines and coordinate release activities to ensure smooth and timely delivery Release Process Management
  • Define and enforce release management processes, including automation and branching strategies, security gates
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment process
  • Utilize Jira for issue tracking, release management, and tracking feature flag implementations Version Control Management
  • Manage code repositories and ensure version control best practices are followed
  • Enforce Trunk Based Development principles and manage feature flags to minimize branching complexity Risk Management
  • Identify potential risks and dependencies that may impact release timelines or quality
  • Proactively address issues and mitigate risks to ensure successful releases Empower Teams
  • Build and implement new development tools and infrastructure
  • Identify technical problems and develop software updates and fixes
  • Working with software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended Infrastructure Provisioning and Deployment
  • Collaborate with DevOps engineers to provision infrastructure using Alicloud, AWS, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes EKS
  • Define infrastructure as code (IaC) templates and manage deployment pipelines for cloud-based environments Cloud Infrastructure Management
  • Design, deploy, and manage infrastructure on AWS and Alicloud to support our applications and services
  • Utilize Terraform for infrastructure as code to automate provisioning, configuration, and scaling of resources.

Containerization and Orchestration
  • Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS) to enable efficient deployment and scaling
  • Implement container orchestration best practices and maintain reliability, scalability, and security of containerized applications CDN and Networking
  • Configure and manage Akamai CDN to optimize content delivery and improve website performance
  • Implement and maintain networking solutions to ensure secure and reliable communication between services, coworkers and users CI/CD Pipeline Automation
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab CI to automate software delivery and deployment processes
  • Integrate automated testing, code quality checks, and security scans into CI/CD pipelines to ensure code reliability and security Monitoring and Logging
  • Configure and maintain monitoring and logging solutions using Datadog to monitor application performance and infrastructure health
  • Implement alerting and notification mechanisms to proactively identify and address issues Security and Compliance
  • Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
  • Implement security best practices and compliance standards across infrastructure and applications

Profil Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience as a DevOps engineer or in a similar software engineering role, with expertise in managing cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines
  • Strong technical background with proficiency in version control systems (Git) and issue tracking tools (Jira)
  • Strong knowledge of containerization, orchestration, and infrastructure as code best practices.
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical coworkers
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on delivering high-quality software releases
  • Familiarity with security best practices, secrets management, and compliance standards
  • Tools : Terraform, Aws, Alicloud, Docker, EKS, DB administration, Akamai CDN, Gitlab, ArgoCD, Anthos, Datadog, Git Guardian, Vault, Jira
